Todays happiness is found in these beautiful tulips.

It was a gorgeous day out and these tulips were in full bloom just soaking up the sun! So pretty!!

.......Spring

Spring is year on long island.... warmer weather... Yay!!

The first dandelions🌼 are coming up as well as other little flowers....

I know ..I know... We all want to say that they are just weeds and we should just get rid of them.. but to me they say that spring is really here. Try to remember that these little "weeds" are also very important to honey bees and bumble bees. 🐝

It makes me smile to see these little "weeds" as they are just a nice bright yellow. That may seem a bit silly but I will continue to smile.😀

The rain was really coming down. It made me think..... how beautiful will the flowers be in a month or so after the rain. 

I found the rain to be a cleansing experience. It was just washing all my worries and anxiety away. leaving behind the hope and promise of the beauty of the coming spring.

Elektra definitely did not have the same hopeful feeling about the rain. She was giving me this cute, mad face 🐕😡that says I want to go in right now....How dare you make me go out in the rain!! Sorry Elektra.... warmer sunnier days are coming......🌞

This is Bella. I visit with Bella most days. Shes fun to visit with. She runs and runs and chases....well...everything. Mostly birds and squirrels.
